VALUES
In both The Daring Way and Rising Strong workshops we have taken some time to look at our values. The allotted time was not nearly enough so I came home from this year's Courage Camp with lots of new ideas and exercises for us to dig deeper into this important area. You can expect exercises and discussions that will make you more connected to your own values and bring more clarity of what really matters to you.
