Connection and Intimacy

Join me in diving into the topics of connection, intimacy and shame. I am excited to introduce to you, in this next Courage and Compassion event, Pam Costa. After a decade and a half at Apple and Facebook, Pam left her career in high tech to found Down To There, a place to share stories about challenges around sexuality. She now works with individuals and couples to explore how emotional and physical challenges can provide unexpected pathways for increased connection and intimacy.

Pam will share her story about how she went from struggling with sexual desire in her marriage to a now rich and rewarding sex life with her partner of over twenty years. She will also talk to us about the issues and desires that her clients come to her with around relationships and intimacy. For many of us life gets in the way. She will talk to us about some of the things that are stopping us from connecting, including shame and guilt. Finally, she will share some practical exercises of how we can get instantly connected to ourselves.

I hope you can come and join us for an evening of inspiration, tea and homemade buns as we listen to a woman who surely will inspire us in more ways than one.
